Specialises in EU governance, inclusion and gender equality policy. Coordinates the implementation of the project and is responsible for the course syllabus, assessment and reporting. Teaches the module on EU values, gender mainstreaming and participatory approaches in urban policy.

Alirza Mamedov

Module lecturer; Dean of the Urban and Spatial Planning Faculty, Professor

Specialises in territorial and urban planning and regeneration. Teaches the module on European frameworks for spatial planning and on EU Member State experience. Responsible for the project website.

Liubov Apostolova-Sossa

Module lecturer; Head of the Department of Urban Economy, Associate Professor

Specialises in cultural heritage governance, participatory governance and adaptive reuse of historic buildings; member of ICOMOS Ukraine. Teaches the module on European approaches to heritage governance. Responsible for the webinars, conferences and open-access materials.
